I want to take a moment to recognize and commend you for a job well done on this project. You are one of the original CRAs who has been on this ride for the past ~3 years. You have supported your site in meeting every deliverable, you have maintained excellent rapport not only with the site staff but also with the PI, thereby ensuring investigator oversight (not many PIs give their CRA their “bat line” number to reach out as needed). I hope you’ve had a moment to reflect on how monumental this project was, in combating a global pandemic and your part in it. THANK YOU for your dedication and commitment to quality.

During the visit the oversight monitor observed that the CRA is a well-trained CRA with a lot of years of experience managing studies at the site level. He was at the site prepared to complete all the task laid out in the monitoring plan and all other required activities based on his years of experience as a CRA. As earlier noted, the CRA has a good communication relationship with the site staff, and he is able manage the site accordingly.
Thank you again for your willingness to attend a 2nd in person Investigator Meeting for your new project so that we had a CRA representative as illness prevented the regionally assigned CRA for attending! Your flexibility is greatly appreciated, thank you for demonstrating our values, especially Integrity and Involvement!

Our people assigned to the study have been working really hard to have their sites ready for the DBL that was originally planned for January. The date for this DBL has been pushed back several times now and the latest information is that it will occur in MAY and more data will be included. Even when the target date has been moved, our team continued to work tirelessly to meet the dates, working long hours to make sure all data was entered on time and all queries were resolved. We want to give them a token of our appreciation for the continuous hard work by giving them a spot award.
He has been one of my favorite CRAs to collaborate with! His attention to detail and critical thinking skills really supports the overall wellness of his site. He has always been reliable and his genuine concern for his site truly makes him a wonderful monitor. As we look forward to some challenging IAs, I am confident that we can continue to count on him for top-notch quality work. We are grateful to have him as part of our team.
She assisted us in the study during a crunch period after the sponsor requested removal of another CRA. The work was performed at several NA sites to re-SDV work due to quality issues by the previous monitor. We were under considerable pressure for the timeline since we were in the middle of a DLR/data deliverable. As such, we would like to provide an award for her.
She has been such an integral part of a Covid study team and truly goes above and beyond in all that she does, from her knowledge, managing difficult sites, performing a high number of visits and most importantly mentoring new CRAs which is such a critical point. She continuously receives accolades from the sites, her study team leads, her colleagues and other managers who have witnessed her knowledge and dedication at various times during her time here.
As we close out the year, we would like to take a moment to recognize your hard work and commitment on the study. Your contribution to the study as a CRA has helped us move the study forward and allowed us to meet several important milestones throughout the year: The study met the contracted milestones for: First Site Activated, FPFV, FPI, including being able to open and run 4 treatment arms concurrently. The team also meet the EUA accelerated date snapshot on time and with short notice. We look forward to your continued contributions to the team throughout the year.
We would like to stress how much our site appreciates her guidance implementing this complex protocol. We think very highly of her. She always takes the time to advise us how to raise the bar and be a better site. She is very strict and thorough but always kind, responsive, and willing to help. We couldn't ask for a better CRA , we are very grateful for her guidance and constant support.
I wanted to share some great feedback on the CRA. I am one of the PSCs on the study and have been meaning to tell you how awesome she is for some time. She is so prompt in completing eTMF tasks and has always taken the time to respond to all our emails/questions. Recently, she helped us obtain all the missing documents and solve all the issues in the eTMF, even when many of them were not from her assigned sites. This has been really helpful for us in the study closure process! I just wanted you to know how much she and her expertise is appreciated 😊
