Rob has experience running multiple staffing firms and is currently the Principal at OnPoint Consulting. With over 20 years dedicated to the industry, he has developed an inside track, identifying and partnering with the necessary clinical research talent that brings drugs to market faster.
Rob partners with a broad spectrum of clients, including sponsors and CROs, from startups to multinational industry-leading pharmaceutical companies, offering a nimble and loyal team dedicated to reducing time to hire with quality referrals. He is an expert in sourcing candidates, qualifying, interviewing, providing interview preparation, offer negotiation, contractor onboarding and management.
Throughout his time in the industry, Rob has developed an extensive network. He remains an active networker, regularly moderating panel discussions at industry events, sharing industry insight, trends, and collective knowledge with colleagues.
Rob holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech. He currently resides in Arlington, VA, with his wife and children. You can usually find him on a golf course or skiing down the slopes in his free time.
Alex is the Director of Recruiting at OnPoint Consulting. He started his clinical research staffing career in 2006 and has since placed over 1,000 clinical research professionals across the U.S. and Canada. He continues to partner with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, device, and CRO companies, managing both permanent and contract hiring.
Alex continually speaks with candidates across the industry and fulfills his passion for helping clinical research professionals better their careers. He is an active networker and consistently shares industry news, trends, and collective knowledge with his nearly 30k connections on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
He has successfully placed a wide range of skill sets, including regional clinical research associates, in-house CRAs, clinical study management, project & program management, clinical trial support (CTAs/CRCs), medical writing, data management, drug safety, regulatory affairs, contracts and proposals, site identification, feasibility, patient recruitment, business development, quality assurance & executive search.
Alex holds a B.A. in psychology from Arcadia University and is a devoted father to three children, a health and exercise enthusiast, an avid reader, and an aspiring golfer.
