Chuck Grohoski

Chuck Grohoski is a seasoned recruitment and business development professional, bringing over 20 years of experience in the clinical research industry. Before joining OnPoint Consulting, Chuck spent seven years KPS Life, where he advanced from Head of Recruitment to Senior Director of Sales. Prior to KPS Life, Chuck founded and served as CEO of PowerSource Management Professionals, a staffing organization he built from the ground up. His journey in the industry began at XPansce as Chief Operating Officer, following six years at Kopos & Baker as Business Development Manager. 
 
Chuck has played a key role in driving companies to evolve into global Functional Service Providers (FSPs). He is known for his ability to forge long-term, profitable relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, consistently delivering high-quality staffing solutions. His extensive experience enables him to collaborate with hiring managers and decision-makers to define complex labor strategies, implementing effective staffing programs tailored to both immediate and future needs.
