OnPoint recognizes the need for balance between our employee‘s professional lives and the lives they live outside of work. In order to motivate our most valuable resources we provide the following OnPoint sponsored benefits.

Medical Insurance:

OnPoint presently offers all full time employees the opportunity to participate in the company sponsored PPO medical plan. We also offer coverage for a spouse, dependent child or children, or family.

401K Plan:

Employees and consultants are eligible for enrollment in the OnPoint 401K plan. Employees and consultants can choose investments from a wide selection of Funds and can contribute up to 15% of their pre-tax income for retirement savings.


OnPoint offers our employees 15 Personal Time Off days (PTO) per year. These days off are accrued at a rate of 1.25 days per month.

Holiday Time Off:

In order to celebrate the various Holidays throughout the year we offer our employees 9 paid Holidays per year. We offer 8 paid Holidays for each year from a published list distributed at the beginning of each year as well as 1 floating Holiday used at the employee’s discretion.

Pay Periods/Pay Dates:

OnPoint has two pay periods per month and direct deposit is available to both our employees and our contractors.
